Pork, Pork products and Sausages

All our Pork on the bone is sourced from Collicut Meats in Cheltenham. Our stand-out Pork product would be the free-range Blythburg Pork, from Suffolk.

Blythburgh Pigs are born in straw filled farrowing huts located in the sandy earth of the Suffolk coast. The mother has a free ranging life style and the piglets spend more time with their mum in a free range environment throughout their life. Typically they are allowed to roam much longer than intensively reared pigs which allows a superior flavour and succulence within the meat.

Also available is a free-range Pork product (Orchard Pork) from Cheale meats. Other locally sourced Pork comes from Milton Under Wychwood and other local farms through Long Compton Abattoir, near Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. 

Our regular pork is also of a very high quality, also tender and flavoursome, sourced locally from Collicutt meats in the Cotswolds. We have all cuts available and can also offer whole or half split pigs.

We also flavour many pork cuts that we marinade with our glazes, such as Piri piri, Jamaican Jerk and a range of delightful and flavoursome products for your menus.


We stock the finest range of Butchers sausages.

"Our sausages are made to order to our bespoke recipes. We mainly stock and deliver the product frozen, as a traditional butchers sausage. We do keep in stock two varieties of fresh Sausages, fresh "Oxford 8's" and fresh "Cumberland 6's which are always available.

This product works well because of the high meat content and size consistency. The ten or so Sausage varieties that we stock are our proven sellers.
We stock a genuine "Gloucester Old Spot" plus Wild Boar and Apple and Venison with Red Wine varieties. Delicious, consistent and with a high meat content! So they don't split or shrink! We think they are the perfect sausages!
